The Valentines Day Jello Shot Hearts are the best Jello Shots most people will ever see. These jiggly treats are sure to impress anyone looking to get a little sweet and sensual with their drinks. We recommend trying two batches to make sure you get it just right.
Let the mix heat and dissolve, then add: 1/4 Cup(59ml) Sugar. Allow the mix to cool, then add:1/2 Cup(118ml) Vodka. Pour contents into a greased baking pan. Leave in the fridge to harden. Cut off the bottom of 12 maraschino cherries and place in baking pan about an inch and a half (25mm) apart from each other. Gently pour mixture on top of the hardened coconut mix – do not fill to the top, the cherry will float and not stay upright. Place in fridge to harden. Slowly cut through the jello with a heart-shaped cookie cutter.

1/2 Cup(118ml) Coconut Milk
1/2 Cup(118ml) Water
2 Packets Non-Flavored Gelatin
1/4 Cup(59ml) Sugar
1/2 Cup(118ml) Vodka
Second Layer:
1 Cup(237ml) Hot Water
1 Package Cherry Jello
1/2 Cup(118ml) Cherry Vodka
