4) Kahlua Hot Chocolate.
Take 2 cups of milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 ½ tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, ¼ teaspoons of cinnamon, 1 ounce Kahlua liqueur, mini-marshmallows, a pinch of nutmeg, salted caramel and chocolate syrup. Combine milk, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and cocoa powder in medium saucepan. Heat for about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add the Kahlua. Serve immediately with garnishes of marshmallows and syrups.

3) Homemade White Hot Chocolate.
You’ll need 4 cups of milk, 8 ounces of white chocolate chopped, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, marshmallows and whipped cream. Stir the milk, vanilla and white chocolate together in a medium saucepan. Cook until it simmers (do not allow it to boil). Serve immediately with marshmallows and whipped cream as garnish.
