2. Eggs and bread
The most easy and tasty breakfast will beat the nastiest of hangovers. The bread will absorb the left overs in your stomach and the eggs will recover the protein, amino acids and mood-boosting serotonin levels reducing nausea. Boiled, fried or scrambled egg sandwiched between two bread toasts can be great for the purpose. Sounds yummy!
1. Soups
Just go for a healthy and tasty one like vegetable or chicken noodles the next morning. This will rehydrate your body and bring back its fluid, sodium and nutrient levels at once. This will make your feel much better.
